Operation Good Cheer 2011

Next Stop: Pueblo

Santa and his crew have made it to the half way point of their statewide tour.  On December 21, 2011, the Operation Good Cheer sleigh landed in Pueblo.    They were greeted by 1207 local children and their families.  All were welcomed in to the Seton Center for cider and cookies.  There were plenty of laughs and smiles to go around.

The eyes of the children opened wide when they learned that a special guest had come all the way from the North Pole to see them.  Families lined up to share their holiday wish list, and get their picture taken with jolly old St. Nick.  Of course Santa didn't come empty handed.  There were candy canes and gifts for each child.
